How to Sign Up

Cost: $125 (covers travel, accommodations, 4 meals, retreat leadership, and supplies)

Your sign-up is your commitment that you are going on the retreat. Payment is non-refundable. You can pay by card or check. If paying online, in the drop down choose "Youth Ministry" and in the memo type, "Fall Retreat." If paying by check, make out to Fredericksburg Baptist Church with "Youth Fall Retreat" in the memo and turn in to the office.

Fill out the form below & pay the $125 by Friday, November 6th. If you have more than one youth attending, please fill out a separate sign-up form for each youth.

Our retreat theme this year is “Friendsgiving.”

For our Fall Retreat this year, we are going back to CWR to be spending our weekend with other CBF churches in RVA & NC: River Road Church, Baptist, Derbyshire Baptist, Second Baptist of Richmond, First Baptist of Richmond, Rolesville Baptist (NC), and Greystone Baptist (NC). Camp Willow Run will host our entire group of churches. They have amazing accommodations as we will be staying in boxcar cabins and will have our own worship space. During free time, there will be activities to choose from such as a giant swing, board games, canoeing, or relaxing by the lake.

FXBG Youth will be housed together (guys in one boxcar and girls in another), but we will have a chance to get to know the other churches through small groups, worship, games, and free time activities.

We will meet on Friday, Nov. 21st at 5:00 pm in our church parking lot to load up the buses, pray, and be on our way. Please make sure to eat an early dinner before you arrive at church OR bring your dinner with you to eat on the bus. We will not be stopping for dinner on the way, but I will have snacks for the ride to eat on the bus. You will need money ($10-15) for lunch on the way home and if you want to buy something from the camp store.

We should be home by 2:30ish pm on Sunday, Nov. 23rd. I will have youth text parents when we are getting close to arriving at church.
