Adult Mid-Week Study
Midweek Studies for Adults: The Literary Wholeness of God's Story
Wednesday - October 1st, 8th, 15th
11:30 am - 1 pm in the Blue Room
Spoken and written language is an awesome gift from God to humanity. With it, we create great literature and nations, corporations, churches, families, and more. Even the creatures who band together in herds or groups cannot approximate what language does for us. More importantly, God uses this wonderful gift of language to give us His message of love. And we are to use all of the scriptures to receive it (II Timothy 3:16). Come discover and celebrate the beauty and power of scripture with us! Session 1: God’s Grace for All is the Whole Story, Session 2: Connectors: Devices and Genres, Session 3: Exciting Stories Within the Stories

All 1st - 6th graders are invited to a Mission Night, Sunday, October 12th at 6:00! It will be a special evening for fun, fellowship, and service. We’ll gather at 6:00 PM in the Sixers Room at the church to enjoy dinner together and talk about what it means to live on mission—right here in our own community. Please email Stephanie if your child plans on attending so that we can plan for dinner.
