Actions
Designate team members for different age groups: Preschool, K-3rd, 4-6th, Youth, and Adults.
Offer support in the form of curriculum help, resources, and supplies.
Recognize teachers with gift cards and organize a teacher appreciation breakfast.
Establish a recruitment and retention process for new and returning teachers.
Collaborate with Erin & David on educational matters.
Clarify what the budget covers in terms of materials and supplies.
Distribute a feedback survey to teachers for continuous improvement.
Spiritual Action: Offer your service to the LORD in Jesus’ name. Give thanks for those who offer their time to teach and those who will commit themselves to learn. Pray for God’s vision of teaching and learning for this time.
