We are excited to invite you on a transformative journey from now to Pentecost.  We will begin our new sermon series, "Living in a Postresurrection World." This series aims to uncover a profound truth often overlooked in our faith: Christ is present in and through all things, making everything sacred and every moment holy.

Throughout this series, we will explore the expansive message that Christ is risen—not merely physically from the grave some two thousand years ago, but spiritually and continually in every aspect of our lives and the world around us. This revelation invites us to live in constant awe of the mundane, recognizing the divine presence in the ordinary facets of our daily lives.

Here’s what we’ll explore each week:

  • "Got Fish?" (Luke 24:36b–48)
Sharing a meal with a stranger is more important than understanding or having the right answer.

  • "Truth and Action" (1 John 3:16–24)
Faith is lived in the doing, not just the believing and declaring.

  • "Abide in Me" (John 15:1–8)
We abide in Christ in order to bear good fruit in the world.

  • "True Friendship" (John 15:9–17)
The call to sacrificial love is the key to experiencing God.

  • "The Ways of the World" (John 17:6–19)
We don’t belong to the world, but we are in the world to be the incarnations of Christ for all.

  • Pentecost Sunday: "A New Temple" (Acts 2:1–21)
We explore what it looks like to live in a Spirit-saturated Christian community.

This sermon series will closely follow the Lectionary text each week, providing a structured and deeply reflective exploration of Scripture as we journey from the joy of Easter Sunday to the celebratory arrival of Pentecost Sunday.

We are thrilled to have you join us as we learn to recognize and cherish the divine in the everyday. Let us come together to celebrate and be changed by the ever-present love of Christ.

We are excited to start this new series together.   All are welcome, and we encourage you to bring friends and family to share in worship together.
